The Advantage M20 card embosser is the newest in the Advantage card embosser family of products. Secure, reliable and affordable, the Advantage M20 card embosser was designed specifically for the instant personalization and issuance of debit and/or credit cards.

The new M30 embosser and printer is the solution that allows real flexibility in instant card issuance. The all-in-one solution allows for the user to print, encode, emboss, tip and indent in under 1 minute - true full personalization. The M30 makes is simple and secure to issue financial or loyalty cards to customers for immediate use. The M30 features the unique automatic carousel tray which can hold up to 800 cards in 8 different cassettes. Each tray is secured by a key lock to avoid tampering when being transferred.

The Matica S3500 is fully scalable with the option of two or seven card feeders for a total of 700 cards. It offers graphic to embossing personalization, and a range of secure connectivity from local USB to remote IP. An ‘on-board PC’ can be added to provide an all-in-one solution for instant issuance in a branch.

In order to support EMV transition, every Matica S3500 supports magnetic encoding as well as chip encoding, (contact and / or contactless).

It’s critical that card issuance is consistently protected from potential risks, and like other Matica solutions, the new S3500 has been designed to suit in-branch Visa® and Mastercard® security guidelines with:

• Electronic and key control locks, as well as password protection to ensure secure access to the device as consumables are exchanged or cards are restocked

• Kensington® slot andtable-anchoringbolts are also available asstandard features

Instantly issue high quality embossed credit, debit and loyalty cards with the Matica S3400. Like the S3500, its compact size saves space without compromising its big-thinking technology. While both are proficient desktop performers, (offering modules in direct-to-card printing, embossing and encoding modules), the difference largely lies in the number of hoppers, which reduces from seven in the S3500 to two in the S3400. And it’s thanks to returning the technology to its purest, most cardinal form that it is markedly more affordable.

The S5000E is an entry-level solution for cost-conscious service bureaus, card manufacturers and financial institutions to fulfill mid-sized card issuance programs. Incorporating Matica® proprietary technologies, the S5000E combines reliability, flexibility and simplicity within a durably constructed system that makes it the perfect offline embossing solution.
WIDE CHOICE OF ENCODING OPTIONS
The S5000E can integrate magnetic stripe, contact and/or contactless encoding stations for EMV cards personalization, and other types of cards can be personalized as well.
EMBOSSING AND FRONT / REAR INDENTING IN A SINGLE STEP
Making it one of the most versatile card issuance systems available, the S5000E can perform embossing, front indenting and rear indenting all in one single step. Suitable for credit and debit card personalization, the 98 characters drum is included in the standard machine, but if you need dual layout capabilities, an upgrade to a 114 character drum is also available.
TIPPING MODULE
To give your embossed cards that final elegant touch, the S5000E system incorporates our Professional Tipping Module. A key aspects of this module is the availability of a wide range of tipping colors and an extensively long lasting ribbon which can print up to 4,000 cards.
MATICARDPRO SOFTWARE
MaticardPro is Matica Windows-based card design software, providing an efficient and user-friendly interface between the operator and the system. Maticard Pro offers a card layout editor with card management and production capabilities, all in a single integrated package that is at the same time very sophisticated in its functions and easy to use for production staff. Maticard Pro is PCI/DSS compliant.
